I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 22 years of professional work experience. I have had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages. My experience includes an array of areas including trauma,anxiety, parenting issues, foster care and adoption, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Every client is different and I believe therapy should be holistic and meet each person where they are at in their journey. It is my goal to come alongside my clients as partners working together to achieve their goals achieve positive outcomes.
