I have been working in the mental health field since 2005 and have worked with many people dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety and OCD, stress and trauma, family issues, as well as, working with individuals with addiction. My counseling style is casual, interactive and thought provoking, using a variety of counseling modalities that will be the best match to you. Not all therapy approaches fit everyone. Therefore, the best therapy approach can be one, or a combination of: cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, person-centered and motivational interviewing styles. You have taken a very important step!
