I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with training in EMDR and trauma-certified care, working with clients who experience addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma - including many who are currently in treatment programs. I work with people navigating a wide range of struggles, and I understand the unique challenges that come with early recovery and healing.
My therapy style is warm, direct, and person-centered. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, not where I think you should be, and I value real dialogue over lectures or rigid protocols. My approach combines person-centered therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, and I'll tailor our work together to fit your specific needs and goals.
