My name is Natalie Baker, I use she/they pronouns. I am a licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in the state of New Jersey. I have over 18 years of experience in mental health. I have provided counseling in both community settings and private practice settings. Those settings include hospital, residential, school, partial care, and outpatient services. I use a person centered, humanistic approach to therapy. I believe every person should look in the mirror and see the value of their authentic self. So, I meet each person where they are on their journey, with no judgment or shaming. Together, we will build a collaborative, trusting relationship. Then we create your therapy goals. I will use my knowledge of scientific evidence based therapeutic modalities to find the best path forward for reaching your current life goals. I enjoy working with people to help improve their lives. By making our subconscious become conscious you will have a greater depth of self-understanding and self-compassion. I have worked with many individuals to help improve their internal communication skills, to build healthier, more satisfying internal relationship. All of you is welcome here! We are all a work in progress. I am glad you have taken these first steps to improve your wellbeing. You deserve to live your best life. And I look forward to helping you on this healing journey
