Natalie Nelson (LPC)

My approach to therapy is empathetic, authentic, and collaborative. I work to create change by truly listening, uncovering challenges, and finding the path forward together with my clients. I believe we all have the strength within us to heal and become who we truly are, and we could all use support along that often difficult journey. My role is to hear you and offer my non-judgmental expertise and support. I am honored to be a part of this journey by creating a space for you to uncover your own unique strengths and authentic self. I am a licensed professional counselor and I have experience working with individuals of all ages. I have expertise in working with relationship, family of origin, and parenting issues. I also have expertise in working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life changes, stress, career transitions, and trauma history. At times life can feel overwhelming, and I am here to support and encourage you!
