Natalie Vance

Natalie Vance is a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey with 10 years of professional work experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW) from Ramapo College of NJ and her master’s degree in social work (MSW) from Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social. Natalie has always been drawn to the healing profession and found that social work values align with her own. As a therapist, she brings these values to her work, specializing in stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, family issues, and parenting issues. Natalie utilizes a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and holistic approaches to help her clients achieve their therapy goals. With experience in both individual and group counseling, she believes that a positive therapy experience can be transformative, with the therapeutic relationship at its core. Natalie understands that the client is the expert of their own life, and she connects with her clients by providing compassion, coaching, and a tailored clinical approach that suits their unique goals. In addition to her work, Natalie enjoys reading, podcasts, and using social media and technology in a healthy way. If her clients are open to it, she incorporates these resources into therapy sessions
