Niketa Pechan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping clients in Florida and Mississippi find balance, inner strength, and clarity of mind. She believes that connection is the key to personal growth and provides an integrative and creative mind-body counseling approach to help her clients feel encouraged, gain insight, and discover themselves. Niketa is known for being easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and caring, creating a safe therapeutic environment where clients can experience growth and enhance their coping skills. She specializes in maternal mental health, supporting families through challenges such as miscarriage, pregnancy/postpartum issues, and other women’s issues. Niketa is a mother of four and is also trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula and a Perinatal Yoga Guide. She primarily conducts video sessions to create a more enriching therapeutic experience for her clients and is available Monday-Thursday between 5:30am-4:30pm CST. While she practices self-care and does not work on Sundays, she offers limited LiveChat sessions on Saturdays upon request. Niketa has a “no show policy” where three no-shows or cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will result in discontinuation
