Nusrat Karim

Nusrat Karim is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a strong passion for ending mental health stigma and raising awareness in the communities she serves. Graduating with a Master’s from Florida International University, Nusrat is dedicated to helping individuals and families heal and navigate through difficult experiences. With a primary focus on cognitive behavioral health, she also incorporates person-centered therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness into her practice. Nusrat has extensive experience working with both adults and youth, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, conduct disorder, PTSD, anger management, adjustment disorder, poor coping skills, and social skills. Known for her ability to quickly build rapport and communicate effectively, Nusrat actively listens without judgement, demonstrates empathy, and provides honest support to her clients.
