I am licensed in New York for over 25 years having worked as both a clinician and administrator. Everyone’s journey is unique. What works for one person might not necessarily work for you. Through the use of evidence-based strategies, I am able to help my clients with a variety of performance skills ranging from mindset and motivation to improving focus and concentration, handling performance errors, imagery, developing confidence and mental toughness. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
