First of all, thank you for reaching out in an effort to care for your self and find answers during this challenging time in your life. Today, life is full of challenges and day to day struggles that result in feelings of anger, depression, anxiety and grief. I understand how it feels when it seems no one understands, or you may not understand either and all you want is answers so you can live a happy and fruitful life. Well, guess what?
