Peyton Kline

Peyton Kline, a male therapist with 25 years of experience, understands the importance of the client-counselor relationship and the courage it takes to open up and share one’s story. He recognizes that a healthy life involves change, growth, and uncertainty, even though most people prefer certainty and cling to beliefs that may no longer serve them. Peyton believes that change, although difficult, is an inevitable part of life and that the most challenging times often present the greatest opportunities for personal growth. While we may not choose our hardships, we can actively participate in our healing process and use these experiences as catalysts for change. As a licensed therapist in Oregon, Peyton’s extensive training and experience have exposed him to a variety of therapeutic approaches, including client-centered therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, solution-focused therapy, and somatic psychology. Personally, Peyton has incorporated mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation into his life since his 20s, finding immense benefits in balancing the stress he experienced at the time. He believes that slowing down and appreciating the beauty around us can start with a simple feeling.
