I am a licensed psychologist in Kansas with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety and stress, depression, relationship issues, anger management, & career difficulties. I use an active integrative approach using mindfulness based cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-oriented therapy, and relationship therapy.
