I am a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Texas and teacher-qualified in mindfulness-based stress reduction with 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist working in non-profit clinics and private practices; I am also a tenured associate professor specializing in career counseling and educational psychology. I have worked with clients a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, loneliness, relationship issues, stress management, substance abuse , and phase of life transitions.
