I have helped adults, teens and children struggling with adaptation, resolution of life tasks, difficulties confronting problematic levels of stress, that may or may not lead to anxiety and/or depression, and any other emotional difficulty such as trauma, grief and addictions. Together, we will find new paths to resolve these challenges and moving closer to a sense of satisfaction and happiness. I provide a therapeutic environment that you can trust and feel confident that together we can find the best solutions to your problems I have been working as a mental health therapist for over 2 decades and I am passionate about seeing the process of change and improvement over time as therapy move forward.
