Rebecca Daigneault (LCSW)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Dakota with 6 years of professional clinical social work experience and over 20 years of generalist social work experience in the Southwestern states and North Dakota. I work with adults experiencing a variety of challenges related to anxiety, depression, adjustment/life transitions, and childhood trauma. My therapeutic approach consists of individually tailored strategies that include trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, somatic processing, humanistic, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies.
