Rebecca Holman

Rebecca Holman is a highly experienced therapist with 27 years of experience in the mental health field. She has dedicated the past 16 years to providing individual, family, and group therapy. With an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Criminology and a Master of Social Work degree, Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri and a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Arkansas. She has worked in various settings, including residential treatment, private practice, clinics, and hospitals. Rebecca has worked closely with children and adolescents in the foster care system, individuals on parole from federal prison, college students, and individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and strokes. While she has a broad range of experience, the majority of her work has been with adults dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. For the past five years, Rebecca has been an outpatient therapist at a community mental health center, helping individuals manage depression, anxiety, abuse and trauma, anger, relational issues, and life changes.
