Hello, and welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, relationships, transitions, and periods of uncertainty. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life and work toward meaningful change.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and life experiences. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem, communication difficulties, boundary setting, work-related challenges, and major life transitions. I also enjoy working with individuals who may not be able to identify one specific problem but simply know that something in their life needs to change.
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused approaches, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed techniques based on your individual needs and goals. I recognize that no single approach works for everyone, so our work together will be tailored to you.
My style is warm, conversational, and interactive. I will listen and provide support, but I will also ask questions, offer different perspectives, help you recognize patterns, and work with you to develop practical strategies you can use outside of our sessions. Therapy with me is a collaborative process-we are working together toward the changes that are important to you.
Whether you are going through a difficult period, struggling in a relationship, feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities, trying to heal from past experiences, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, you do not have to figure everything out on your own.
You can come to therapy exactly as you are. We will start with what matters most to you and move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and productive. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey.
