I am licensed in Utah and Washington with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I am a complex certified trauma therapist that utilizes evidenced based therapeutic modalities. EMDR and Brainspotting are my favorites as I have witnessed so many clients heal through their trauma.
