I have a history of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, of all ages and who present with a variety of challenges. I have extensive experience working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, coping with life changes/transitions, coping with grief and loss, end of life issues and compassion fatigue. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, space and integrate empathy with evidence-based strategies to help you discover your strengths and effectively manage difficult situations. 03 · What happens next
Regina practises through BetterHelp, so the route in is BetterHelp's. This is that sequence, written by Maker Therapy from the platform's published process - not a description of Regina's own practice, and not a promise about how quickly anything happens.
