Welcome! It is said that optimal health is not just the absence of disease, but rather the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive environment in which my clients can address their psychological needs and overcome the barriers that limit their ability to actualize their full potential. I utilize an eclectic modality, with a strong focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychological coaching. With all clients, a strengths based perspective is always a fundamental building block of treatment and a consistent concept throughout the treatment process. I have 17 years of experience as a licensed clinician, with 12 years in private practice. In addition, I am also a licensed attorney. I look forward to working with you!
