I have a Ph.D. in Community Psychology and am licensed in the state of Indiana with more than 20 years of professional work experience. In addition, I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have published several academic articles, as well as some children’s books. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I have expertise working with people facing life changes. I try to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
