Dr. Russell Gaede is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of therapy. He creates a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore the issues and concerns they are facing in their lives. Dr. Gaede holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, a post Master’s Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He is well-versed in various therapeutic modalities, including Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic-Existentialism, which he tailors to each client’s specific needs and preferences. With a background in working with young adults and adults, Dr. Gaede has assisted individuals involved in the justice system, dealing with addiction, and facing mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. Additionally, he has served as an instructor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Gaede offers flexible session options, including video sessions and chat-based sessions, to ensure maximum client comfort. As an ally, he particularly welcomes clients from the LGBTQ+ community and is dedicated to supporting them in their journey. Outside of his role as a clinician, Dr. Gaede is an Ironman Triathlete.
