About Salvatore Pagano's service

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I have been with BetterHelp for almost three years. I also have worked with university students, over a wide spectrum of treatment issues – anxiety and depression, gender identity, relationships, sexual addiction, drug and alcohol addictions, personality disorders, curriculum, and career choices, and adjustment to college life. The Army Medical Service Corps also provided a wide array of personnel, family, work, career, and life change experiences. My approach is focused on client needs and draws from several treatment models – attachment theory, object relations, self-psychology, existential, and person-centered therapies. My style is respectful, empathic, and interactive. It is important to feel good and be happy with one’s career and relationships. There is great benefit in striving for a richer life. A relationship with a therapist is a positive step in the right direction.
