I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have also worked with couples who are having a hard time maintaining their relationships. Reaching out to speak to someone and asking for help is difficult, but it’s the first step in understanding and working through the challenges you are experiencing.
