Sara Giles

Sara Giles is a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of expertise as a psychotherapist. Throughout her career, Sara has worked in various fields and settings, specializing in mood disorders, depression/anxiety, trauma processing, grief and loss, separation/adjustment, and identity and self-esteem development. She has also provided valuable support to individuals who have experienced chronic psychological and physical abuse, both in childhood and romantic relationships. Sara’s counseling approach is characterized by warmth, genuineness, and sincere compassion for her clients’ struggles. She incorporates a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as elements from the work of Carl Rogers and Carl Jung. By tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs and symptoms, Sara aims to provide her clients with a clearer and more accurate understanding of themselves.
