My name is Sara Mitchell, I am a fully licensed counselor in the state of Michigan with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, depression, self esteem, trauma, and confidence. I have a love for working with young adults and marriages, and have seen many positive changes happen in these relationships.
