Sarah Heck (LCSW)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping those in need. I graduated from LSU School of Social Work in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and have found purpose serving my community ever since. I see the counseling relationship as a collaborative effort as well as one based on mutual respect and honesty. I respect my clients’ treatment goals and what they feel is best to focus on to improve their quality of life. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, codependency, grief, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, difficulty with life’s challenges, OCD, and more. Using evidence-based practices most aligned with my clients’ needs, I help them achieve their treatment goals with support and compassion.
