Sarah Matas is a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of expertise in assisting individuals and families in navigating life’s transitions. With a Master’s degree from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work, Sarah has primarily worked in hospice, medical home care, and long-term care settings, providing in-home support for clients dealing with chronic health issues, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and caregiver burnout.
