Sarah Swensen (LCSW)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with over 10 years of professional work experience with adolescents and adults. I have worked in different settings, ranging from traditional outpatient to inpatient. I have experience in helping clients with various presenting issues, including trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. My main treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on how your thoughts affect your emotions and actions. When working with clients, my goal is to provide a safe environment where you can express yourself in order to achieve your goals. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
