If you have found yourself in need of help outside of yourself, you are human. If you are at a loss for answers, you are not alone. If you feel stuck in a rut, lacking hope for the future, or unsure of where to go from here, I’d love to hear your story! I am equipped to help clients find a sense of hope for a better future, while also learning to practice acceptance now. I have worked with parents and caregivers as they navigate their child’s heartbreaking medical diagnoses. I have also worked with many young adults who are overwhelmed by all of the “newness” they are experiencing in their lives. You and I may be a good match if you feel unsure of what to do next or stuck in what has already happened. I offer a warm yet challenging environment where you can truly grow.
