Welcome! My name is Savannah Kizzie and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and Alabama. I follow a holistic therapeutic approach that places emphasis on an individuals physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. I believe providing a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment can foster deep self-reflection, personal growth, and long-term healing. By incorporating the use of mindfulness and client-centered techniques. I believe clients can develop the innate skills necessary to address the root cause of many of life’s challenges. With a wide array of experiences ranging from trauma & crisis to family relationships, marital relationships, and life transitions. I will incorporate cognitive behavioral and solution focus strategies to empower clients and I am committed to providing those who work with me the tools necessary for a successful counseling experience.
