Hi! I am licensed in Alabama with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with crisis situations and helping take steps toward a healthy life after a crisis happens. Unconditional positive regard, listening without judgement, and providing support for any challenges life brings are a big part of my counseling philosophy. I believe in the importance of honest, open, respectful communication in the therapeutic relationship.
