I view therapy as a collaborative process of introspection with a focus on solutions to life’s daily struggles and challenges. I work from the framework that wellness is a harmonious balance of a healthy mind, body and soul. I offer individual, couples and family treatment geared towards the resolution of the challenges that impede one’s ability to be their best self. My practice is built upon the guiding pillars of persistence and consistency to create a path to wellness.
