I am licensed in California with 12 years of professional work experience with various populations. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I create a safe space for my clients where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
