Sherene Becca Robins (LCSW)

For the last 12.5 years, I have been working with a diverse group of individuals faced with both physical and mental health challenges. A lot of my professional experience comes from working with a treatment team in acute medical hospitals and psychiatric settings. Over the years I have walked alongside individuals to assist with crisis intervention, managing stress, anxiety, anger, and depression. I believe that life is not all good or all bad. I also believe most people have bad days, negative experiences, and ongoing life challenges. A great pleasure of mine, is empowering individuals through difficult times. Daily we have opportunities to learn and grow and equip ourselves with the tools and resources to create more good days, and positive experiences. Know that you are powerful beyond measure.
