I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma with 22 years of professional work experience. I have worked with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, and parenting issues. I have extensive training in understanding the short term and long term impact of trauma on daily functioning and relationships. I believe that people have the ability to find their answers when given a safe space to process through sources of difficulty and to examine options and alternatives. I strive to create that safe space and supportive relationship that allows people to reach their full potential. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
