I believe therapy should be a place where you can be completely yourself—where you can talk openly, feel heard, and know you won’t be judged. My approach is compassionate, genuine, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are and work alongside them to better understand what they’re experiencing and what they need to move forward. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-worth, and difficult life transitions. Sometimes life feels overwhelming because of something that has happened recently; other times, we carry experiences from the past that continue to affect how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe your experiences deserve to be understood within the context of your unique story. Together, we can work toward understanding patterns, developing healthier ways of coping, building confidence, and finding a greater sense of balance and resilience. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches while adapting therapy to each individual, because there is no single approach that works for everyone. Most importantly, I want my clients to feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to try something different, and empowered to recognize their own strengths. You don’t have to have all the answers before starting therapy. Sometimes, the first step is simply having someone walk alongside you while you figure things out.
