Shirley Williams (LCSW)

I am a State of Colorado licensed Mental Health provider and have been for nearly 30 years. I grew up in Michigan and attended Wayne State University achieving a BA in Psychology and a MSW . I have experience working in health care, hospice, schools, foster care and adoption, pregnancy services and, of course, grief issues. I engage my clients with Talk Therapy from a variety of different modalities as well as an EMDR derived brain re-calibration technique I’ve found success in called The Flash Technique. I have, also, been a National BCTMB Licensed Bodywork Therapist since 2000. I am, at this time, on sabbatical from seeing massage clients so that I have time to write, do pottery and increase my Better Help client practice. I am learning to embrace my role as a grandmother healer, teacher, wisdom keeper.
