Stacey Harrell is a licensed therapist with over 10 years of professional work experience in Texas and Louisiana. She graduated from Grambling State University and has worked as a Licensed Social Worker in various settings, including Mental Health, Healthcare, and School. Stacey specializes in helping women with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. Currently, she prefers to work exclusively with female clients. Stacey utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge negative thinking patterns, Mindfulness techniques to promote awareness and consciousness, and Motivational Interviewing to enhance motivation for change.
