I’m a licensed therapist in Minnesota with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, bringing compassion and skill to a wide range of concerns—from anxiety and stress to trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma and abuse, process grief and loss, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
