I am licensed in California with 19 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and understanding how thoughts impact behavior, affecting overall life satisfaction. I also have experience working with confidence. I have worked with young children, foster children, adolescents, teenagers, teenagers living in group homes, young men, foster and adoptive parents, incarcerated military men and women, and incarcerated men and women in the community. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plans to meet your unique and specific needs.
