Stephen Carenza is a highly experienced social worker with over 25 years of experience in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds overcome various challenges. As a therapist, Stephen’s primary goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe environment where clients can build a trusting therapeutic relationship. With a focus on children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, Stephen has extensive clinical experience addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, adoption, behavioral problems, divorce, parenting concerns, and life transitions. Stephen employs a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Stephen is excited about the opportunity to work with you and assist you in reaching your clinical goals. Please note that currently, Stephen is only accepting referrals for clients aged 18 and above and is not working with couples at this time.
