I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with 15+ years of experience. I have worked with clients having a vast range of issues of all concerns, included but not limited to, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, and career and lifestyle issues. I have worked with domestic violence, physical trauma and physical and emotional abuse issues. My clinical style is calming and interactive. It is my belief that everyone should be treated with respect and compassion. I utilize the modalities of CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Techniques), RET (Rational Emotive Therapy) and Solution Focused Therapy.
