About Sydney Crane's service

Hello! My name is Sydney and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. I am currently the assistant clinical director at a children’s behavioral health clinic. I also do some work at a non-profit hospice providing bereavement and grief recovery services to patients and families. I am always appreciative and humbled by the vulnerability people are willing to share with me to better process and explore issues they are wanting to work through. I use a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning that my clients are always the experts in their lives, and I am simply a facilitator and guide to help navigate challenges and help people reach their goals and utmost potential. I work from a systemic perspective of therapy which observes relationships, physical, mental, emotional health, and spirituality. I look forward to getting to know you and work with you!
