Tara Brisnehan is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arizona, specializing in helping individuals overcome various challenges and achieve their desired goals in life. With a passion for counseling people from all backgrounds, Tara offers support and guidance in areas such as improving relationships, managing depression, reducing anxiety, and navigating the complexities of parenting. Having grown up as a military child, Tara has experienced firsthand the need to adapt quickly to different settings and cultures, which has shaped her understanding of family dynamics and diverse backgrounds. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a master’s degree from Argosy University in Phoenix, Arizona. Tara’s counseling approach incorporates mindfulness training, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, emphasizing the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals with a little guidance and support along the way.
