She holds a BA in Psychology from Chicago State University and a Master of Education from the University of M0-St. Louis. Tashima has a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and has attended various trainings, including Mental Health 1st Aid, Trauma Informed Care, and Managing Children with Problem Sexual Behaviors.
