Tiffany Ford-Gilchrest (LPC)

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the state of Texas, with over 7 years of experience. I have worked with clients from ages 3 to adults with a multitude of presenting issues such as grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, self-esteem, ADHD, and learning disabilities. I have worked extensively with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and loss. My experience is varied and across many different settings, as I have provided group therapy and individual therapy in residential treatment programs, school settings and private practice settings. My main focus in therapy is to meet my client where they are at with acceptance and non-judgement and to use a treatment plan to meet their unique and specific needs.
