I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in anxiety and career counseling with 7 years of experience.
My ideal client would be someone who is ready to work on feeling weighed down by anxiety, fear, shame, guilt, selt-doubt, or insecurity. We can work on these as a team.
I have worked with individuals suffering from different problems such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, assault, spirituality, self-esteem, ADHD, ADD, career confusion/ changes, and life changes.
Because human beings are so unique, I like to use a variety of techniques in sessions depending on the person and their reasons for seeking counseling. I see each person as an individual with their own story to tell. With your help, I am here to listen and guide you towards a more hopeful tomorrow.

03 · What happens next
Tori practises through BetterHelp, so the route in is BetterHelp's. This is that sequence, written by Maker Therapy from the platform's published process - not a description of Tori's own practice, and not a promise about how quickly anything happens.
