Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve taken the important step to seek support. My name is Trina, and I’m a licensed therapist in Missouri with three years of professional experience. I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I believe that you are the expert of your own story, and that you possess many strengths that can help guide you through even the most difficult moments.
