I am licensed in Texas with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with issues such as: stress and anxiety, overcoming childhood trauma, relationship issues, self-harm, family conflicts, & motivation, low self esteem/confidence, and divorce issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work to find the root cause of a person’s issues, helping them understand themselves better. When we can understand our situation on a deeper level it makes it easier to find solutions, implement skills, and make lasting positive change. I am here to work with you, no matter how hard things seem to be. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
